This unique site is a proposed adaptive re-use of the vintage Peden Steel warehouse buildings in concert with the development of surrounding acreage into an eclectic mixed-use community. It is a combination of blending the old with the new at a location that takes advantage of the extension of Raleigh’s downtown north – as demonstrated by the redevelopment of Dock 1053.
